Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not issue refunds. We need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your product. Please send us photographic evidence clearly explaining why you wish to apply for a refund as well as the best before date and product type of the product purchased.  We take customer satisfaction very seriously so please contact us as soon as possible and any queries will be dealt with.
